My Story
Joe Macheca has covered South Carolina since starting as a student reporter with the Daily Gamecock in the Fall of 2020. This will be Macheca's fifth season on the beat, first season freelancing. The Walk Through was launched while Macheca was an intern at GamecockCentral. The podcast launched in the fall of 2023 under GamecockCentral (On3). The podcast moved homes in the summer of 2024, migrating to The Big Spur (24/7 Sports).
